"My husband and I worked with Sheryl Godwin to purchase our first home. We cannot say enough wonderful things about her during our home buying experience. Sheryl exceeded all of our expectations. She is extremely knowledgeable about the real estate industry, in addition to having the patience of a Saint!! Sheryl was extremely generous with her time. She met with us all over Southern Louisiana in the mornings, evenings, weekdays, and weekends over the course of several months. She was never pushy and always ensured we were well informed consumers. Seeing how purchasing a home is one of the largest investments one can make I was extremely picky about houses and looked at all the various details around each home (crown molding, ceiling height, number of windows for natural light, granite counter tops, butlers pantry, flooring, formal living room, formal dining room....the list goes on and on!) Sheryl insisted that we not settle on our "must have" list of things we wanted in our home. It was an eventful ride, but we were able to buy a beautiful home in the neighborhood we loved the best!
